The registration fee for delegates entitles participants to attend the congress and the exhibition booths.

Registration is confirmed only upon the receipt of payment. Payment must be made according to the correct registration fee stated above.The registration is non-transferable.

The organiser will not bear any responsibility for participants who have successfully registered, but do not attend the congress. Attendance during the event is the sole responsibility of the participant alone.
* Payment gateway (Hitpay) will charge organiser a nominal fee per transaction for all the online payments
Domestic Cards : 1.2% + RM1
International Cards : 3% +RM1 (2% additional fees is charged on foreign currency transactions)
FPX : 1.8% + RM0.40
Touch n Go : 1.9%
Cancellation Policy

Any request for cancellation of registration must be in writing to the secretariat at mst.congress@gmail.com

Cancellation received on or before 30th April 2026 - 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Cancellation received after 30th April 2026 or No Show - No Refund will be made.

All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.

Any bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

This cancellation policy applies to all the programme organised by MST in this congress.

In the event of a technical glitch or any unforeseen circumstances causing the event to not take place, the organiser will ensure to reconduct the said event at another date and time in which the registered participants will be informed in advance.
